Fit Fashion Fiction was founded by Shay Pasquan. Software engineer by day and fitness enthusiast by night, Shay started blogging in 2019 to share her love of fashion, fitness, and everything in between.

Shay lives in Petaluma, California with her husband Stephen, dog Max, and cats Maui and Katara. When not spoiling her pets, Shay loves traveling, reading, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
