Wow, I can’t believe it’s 2023!
The last month of 2022 was a huge month of growth for me. Like it is for most adults, the holidays are a particularly busy period in my life. However, between juggling my full-time job as a Salesforce consultant, running my own consulting agency The Hashtag Company, and creating content for this blog, the holidays are typically so jam-packed with work I barely have time to enjoy them.
This year, I decided to take a step back and schedule some time to take care of myself. Instead of ignoring my workout schedule to work overtime, I made sure that I hit every scheduled workout for the month of December. I also planned some fun weekend activities to unwind like visiting The Friends Experience in San Francisco!
The best part of December was that I celebrated Christmas with my parents and boyfriend at home. I wore pajamas (my boyfriend, dog, and I wore a matching set) and we watched Christmas movies at home on our couch. It was relaxing and exactly what I needed to feel rejuvenated before the beginning of 2023.
This year, I resolve to continue the work I started in December and focus more on prioritizing my health and relaxation.
